Violation of this rule will result is cancellation of event without a refund and forfeiture of security deposit. No exceptions.

No. The kitchen is not offered or included with hall rentals.
Not exactly. Minimal clean up is required. Trash needs to be placed in provided trash cans. Large messes on floor need to be picked up.

Below is the link to our Hall Rental Contract. To provide a better customer service to our renters you may now download the contract, complete it yourself and return to Lodge 34 via email, USPS or dropped off in person. FOP Lodge 34 has two digital payment services that renters may use to secure their rental date once availability is confirmed with the Hall Manager. The PayPal link below or our Venmo account (MDTA FOP). Cash, check or Credit Card can be accepted at the lodge when the lounge is open and checks will be accepted through the mail. Please do not send any money until you have been in contact with the Hall Manager and he has confirmed your date. Hall capacity is 200 people. Additional information can be found in the hall contract.
All basic rentals are 5 1/2 hours total.
Basic Rental
Sunday - Friday $600.00 Saturday $700.00
(Entire amount required at time of booking)
FOP 34 Active Member Basic Rental $375.00 (this price reserved for only FOP LODGE 34 MEMBERS) Members may not rent the hall on behalf of someone else.
$200.00 Damage Security Deposit due no later than 7 days prior to the event. (this deposit will be returned to the renter following a walk thru of the property after the completion of the event)
Additional Hours are $100 per hour.
Additional Drink Service Hours are $200 per hour (bartender fee included)

SODA PACKAGE
The Soda Package cost is $2.00 per person and requires one bartender at the rate of $25 an hour. If the event consists of more than 100 people, we recommend two bartenders.
Draft Beer by the half keg as stocked by the Hall
Boxed Wine (Red and White)
Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Ginger ale
Kegs are the property of the Hall. The renter agrees that any remaining product inside of said kegs at the end of the event is the sole property of the Hall.
The beer, wine and soda package cost are $8.00 per person and requires one bartender at the rate of $25 per hour. If the event consists of more than 100 people, we recommend two bartenders.
Draft Beer by the half keg, as requested by the renter,
which is not regularly stocked by the Hall

The Premium Liquor Package cost is $15.00 per person and requires one bartender at a rate of $25 per hour. If the event consists of more than 100 people, we recommend two bartenders.
If the renter would like a specific brand of wine FOP 34 Lounge can order it for the renter. This will be an additional charge.
In leu of liquor package, a specialty mixed drink option can be purchased in quantities of two gallons at renter's request.
At renters request a Cash Bar option is available (bartender fee required / 4 hour minimum)
